I happened upon a blog earlier today and liked some of the layouts used on the cards that I drew a bunch of them on some scratch paper. This is one of the layouts. I used the flower stamp from the new Sizzix/Hero Arts and the sentiment is from a Unity Stamp Co. stamp.
I used brown card stock from XpedX, cream from a print shop back in N.C., Riding Hood Red and some My Mind's Eye pattern paper. Red Distress Ink and a Garden Green markers. Ribbon is Riding Hood Red stripped wide ribbon and Riding Hood Red TAffeta ribbon (love it!!), Scallop circle punch, circle punches, hole punch, brads and DIMENSIONALS

I really like this card! The die cut and the ribbon are striking. I also wanted to say "kudos" for the sketch samples - very nice. At first I thought the sketch was bland - but you certainly hit it on the nail!
