This card uses another of the $1.00 sets I got from J's yesterday.
I stamped the clock face from the retired Stampin' UP! Artifacts set on the plaid layer, but after I had already attached it to the kraft layer.. it was an afterthought. The brads are only through the blue layer on each scallop, so they do not lay flat and give it a little lift.

Fabulous card Pam. The blue scallop with all those brads is wonderful. I'm not sure I'd have the patience to get them all placed so nicely.
