........ Father's Day cards...........

Surgery Update: My surgery went well.. I have a 7" incision on the backside of my arm with my elbow being in the center of it. It's pretty gross.. no, it is really gross. I have bruising all around it. It really doesn't hurt. I keep it wrapped up with gauze and a sleeve thingy that I used to wear under the brace they gave me. I am taking my meds and I think that has helped keeping the pain manageable. Sitting in church this morning was uncomfortable because I had no where to rest it.. and I had thought about bringing a small pillow or towel and had totally forgot about it and only remembered when we parked and went to get out of the Armada.

Now for some card stuff... I made this card last night using a digi stamp image that is "FREE" from the FreeVintageDigitalStamps blog.. Vintage Golf Guy

Last week sometime I made a bunch of this card:
I have the new OWH sketch in hand.. and am going to go see what I can create. I iced my arm earlier, so I should be good to go for now. thanks for looking ~

have a great airborne day!
God Bless All Our Military.. each and every one of them

Fantastic cards! I don't know how you could do that great golf card with your arm a mess. Must be great pain meds LOL. Praying for you as you recover.

(((Hugs))) But careful ones so as not to give you more owies. That makes me cringe just reading about it!

The cards are fantabulous, as always. The yellow black and white colors just pop like a burst of a smile and the other one is so subtle and lovely. Once again, Pam Perfection!

I'm glad to hear you are recovering nicely. I just got the free golfer digi as well and this card is just beautiful! It reminds me of when my Dad used to wear those funny plaid knickers on the course!
