Ohhhhh how good it feels to be able to make a card using something other than a pair of scissors.. yeah!!!
I used some papers from a Pebbles paper pad called Family Ties, MFT dies, a MFT stamp and some Stampin' UP! brads.
I wrote down the measurements, but forgot to bring it upstairs with me. I'll add them later.
Here's the sketch I used for this card: MFTWSC185
*MEASUREMENTS:
card base: 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2"
white layer: 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
blue layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
yellow pattern layer: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
blue layer: 2 7/8" x 4 1/8" **
pattern layer: 2 3/4" x 4" **
circle:
blue layer: 2 14/" circle
pattern/stamped layer: 2 1/8" circle
**when I did the diagonal strip, I adhered the yellow/white gingham piece to the blue, then adhered it diagonally onto the flowered layer and then turned it over, trimmed off the pieces that are over the edge
SUPPLIES:
card stock: Midnight Muse, White
pattern paper: Pebbles Family Ties paper pad
stamps: MFT You Move Me
ink: Versafine Black
accessories: Scor-Pal, MFT Circle Stax, Stampin' UP! brads, hole punch and Scotch 3M Foam tape
thanks for looking ~
have a great airborne day!
God Bless All Our Military.. each and every one of them
