I received an email from a good friend who is currently deployed, asking if I would like to send some cards to her to put out for others to use to send home... why yes I would!!!
Last night I made 13 cards and I had all the rest of that paper pad I had used.. and got busy making cards using all those scraps. I made 39 cards today.. plus the ones from last night make a total of 52 cards from one paper pad. There are two sheets left, but they are squares and I couldn't figure out a way to incorporate them.. so they'll headed to the recycle bin.
I used an "I Love You So Much" sentiment stamp from Papertrey Ink and the "Just Saying Hello" is from a Hero Arts set. The paper pad was a Simple Stories Sn@p Color Vibe pad. The card bases are all white card bases, as I have a bunch of them already cut.. and layered most everything in black, except the Hello cards.
These are the ones from yesterday.. LINK to blog post with measurements:
thanks for looking ~
have a great airborne day!

These are awesome. I have been making cards for the troops for a few months but over the pond in Oz. Thanks for sharing and inspiring me with new ideas.
This post really inspired me! Now, during the Corona Virus pandemic, I feel like I should make cards for residents in our local nursing home, which is also where I work. These cards are simple enough that I could make them quickly and my kids could help write messages inside!
this post and all the ones with multiple cards never get old and are always inspiring. Thanks for taking the time to create and share you work. I use my DSP whenever I come across your posts on pinterest
