~*AMAZING*~ card with additions

This is a card that I made a while back.. it was one of those that I made and just couldn't part with... however, yesterday I wanted a card for a special someone and pulled out this card. I added the saying stamped and them punched with an oval punch and layered it onto a scallop oval. I did three layers on each panel on the inside and stamped sayings on each side.. I hope that Nikki liked it.. she is a special someone and I just wanted to let her know.

~*YOU'RE NEVER MORE THAN A THOUGHT AWAY*~

This card is so shimmery ~ I hope that it shows up in the picture. After I made it, I laid it on the grid paper and spritzed it with the Smooch Spritz in Vanilla Shimmer.

I used a set that I recently received from SU for an SAB incentive ~ Greenhouse Garden. I stamped the flower in different colors and the over stamp in a coordinating color for each flower. I used the SU Sizzix Embosslit die for the butterflies. It's such a pretty spring card.

~*I WISH I WERE A FISH*~ bright & colorful card

I picked up a cute $1.00 set "I wish I were a fish" set a week or so ago.. and thought I'd make a card using it.

I pulled out Stampin' UP! colors Soft Sky and Pacific Point. The ribbon is from a pack of SU ribbons that I had never opened up before (bad, I know!) ~ the layout on this card follows a sketch challenge on SCS.

~*YOU'RE A CLASSIC*~ Father's Day card

I made this card last week.. but never got around to taking a picture of it.. and I wish I had taken it outside that day because it was sunny and nice.. today it's gloomy and windy ~ go figure!

I used a cuttelbug embossing folder on this front panel of this card, a Stampin' UP! stamp set Classic Pickups. Everything on the card is all Stampin' UP! except the use of the embossing folder.

Pretty easy card... I was messing around after making the Mother's Day card and made this one. I like the Always Artichoke and Basic Black color combination.

~*HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY*~

~ Happy Mother's Day to all Mother's ~ I hope you all have a wonderful day!

I made this card several days ago ~ it is for my mom. I took the picture outside and I think that the super bright sun washed some of the colors out. I used SU Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa and Pink Piourette (sp?) and some Berry Bliss DSP (at least I think that is what it's called ~ ha ha).

I seen a card somewhere on the web and had saved it.. I got the layout idea from their card (I need to go find out what their name is) ~ thank you!!!

I made a Father's Day card the night I made this, but haven't taken a picture of it yet.

have a great day ahead ~

~*HAPPY BIRTHDAY!*~ Bronc Buster/Wanted card for a teenage boy

Yesterday was the birthday of a friend's son ~ he turned 14. We had a baseball game last night, so we are all going out to dinner tonight. We are going to pick up something to tuck inside the card on the way to dinner (can't say what it is in case him or his mother see this!!) ~ I used all Stampin' Up! product except the saying and the copper and brown paints I used for stamping the images.

Their family has horses, so I thought this might be something that he would like.

Have a great weekend!

~*WONDERFUL MOTHER*~ embossed birdie card

This card kinda was a "toss together" card... I had punched out the bird the other day.. I grabbed a piece of watercolor paper (not sure why I grabbed this other than a white piece, it was just laying there!).. ran it through the Bigkick using the Stampin' UP! Top Note Bigz Sizzix die, then embossed it.. attached the bird and branch.. stamped the saying using the Stampin' UP! Well Scripted stamp set, punched it out.. layered it on some punched out pieces. I attached some Stampin' UP! wide grossgrain ribbon in Real Red, then bunched some of that ribbon together with an orange button and some embroidery floss... that's it!

~*DOLPHIN*~ card that I put together using a SCS sketch challenge

I made this late last night.. I had stamped and punched out a "congrats" saying for the lower right corner.. but with the twine on there, it made it next to impossible to put it on, so I left it off.. and thought I'd put a sentiment on the inside when needed.

The dolphins and splashes are from a $1.00 set I got at JoAnn's.
