I used a fun Mojo Monday Sketch for my card. It's a 5 1/4" square card.  I LOVE making square cards so I was excited to see that the sketch layout was for one.

The Altenew Dahlia Blossoms stamp set is a beauty ~ I used both the stamps and coordinating dies for my card.  Love the sentiment that is included in the stamp set.

After I put my card all together, I pulled out a Sparkle pen and drew over the brushstrokes on the flower and the leaves.. it's so sparkly!

I made a short video of my unpacking my goodies today. It's not easy holding a cell phone and unpacking a package.. haha!  I love receiving packages from TupeloDesignsLLC because for one they ship lightning fast and two they are always packed so very nicely.  Kudos to everyone at TupeloDesignsLLC!!

I made a card and a tag using some really fun new stamps and dies.  These are my first Reverse Confetti stamps and dies and I had a blast using them to make these Design Team Projects.
First I made a card using a Reverse Confetti Sketch For You to Try sketch ~~  link and sketch below.
I colored up the elephant with Copic Markers ~ isn't he a cutie!!

My second project is a tag.  I loved the elephant image, but wanted to use it without the coffee cup so that I could put it on a tag to put in my new granddaughter's room. She'll be 3 weeks old today and we are so in love with her~!
I used a post it note to mask off the top of the elephants trunk where the cup was. I laid the die on top of it and drew in the line for the top of the trunk.  I then colored and die cut it out. I trimmed around the top of the trunk and waalaa!

I used this month's Reverse Confetti's Sketch For You To Try Sketch #40

Before I share my cards I wanted to share some news.  On September 1st my daughter had a baby.  She didn't know she was pregnant, so we all were surprised all the same time!  The baby is the sweetest little girl and is sooooo adorable.  We are over the moon in love with her.  I have been busy helping my daughter the last two weeks with sweet Baby Allison.

For my first card I used an uber adorable My Favorite Things Pure Innocence stamp set called "Hula Hoop" ~ isn't she cute as can be?
I stamped and colored her body using Copic Markers, then paper pieced her clothes.  Paper Piecing is a lot of fun and really easy to do.

First I stamped the image on a white piece of Neenah card stock, then some MFT gingham paper and card stock.

I colored up the parts that wouldn't be paper pieced.. I did color her shoes I had forgotten to do them when I took the picture.

Here she is all colored and paper pieced.

Picture shoes the supplies I used ~ plus card stock/markers ~ to make this card.

I used this week's MOJO Monday Sketch Challenge:  MOJO465

My second card uses the fun Hero Arts Color Layering Fall Trees Bundle. The bundle includes the stamps and ink pads.  These are a lot of fun to use.

What a fun and super easy card to make.   I used some of the awesome products I received from TupeloDesignsLLC.  I just love the Merry Messages stamp set. It is a "must have" stamp set!

To make the "frame" on my card I simply put two of the Lawn Fawn rectangles together and die cut them.  I ended up with a Rectangle solid piece from the middle to use on another project.

I used this fun MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge Sketch:  MFTWSC297

TupeloDesignsLLC DT Project " YOU, ME & THE SEA" card using Hero Arts Coloring Layering Seahorse stamps/dies VLVAUG2016

From the website:  TUPELODESIGNSLLC HAS THE ART & CRAFTING TOOLS TO HELP YOU TO TURN YOUR IMAGINATION INTO AMAZING ART! SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE IN TUPELODESIGNSLLC!

TupeloDesignsLLC orders are in the house!!  I did a quick video showing all the goodies that have showed up at my house this past week from TupeloDesignsLLC.   In the video I noticed how many times I said "cute" ~ haha!

I received this awesome Hero Arts Color Layering Seahorse stamp, dies and ink pad bundle and just had to use it.  They are so much fun to use and super easy.   I used acrylic blocks for some of the stamps and others I used a stamping tool which made it soooooooooooooo easy!

The fun plaid papers in the background are from the Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid paper pad.

For the Starfish I used Pumpkie Pie and then Tangerine to ink and stamp these two. *ink pads are from the Hero Arts Jayne's Fall colors pad set that are in another bundle I'll be using soon.

I stamped the first layer of the Seahorse and then lined up the next layer. I inked and stamped it using the medium blue ink pad and then lined up the third layer, inked and stamped it in the darkest blue.

After stamping I die cut all the images out. I didn't use the small seahorse that I had stamped and cut out.

After my card was all assembled I pulled out a product I have had a while, but hadn't used it.  I added some "bubbles" to my Seahorse using the Nuvo Glitter Drops "White Blizzard" .. oh my these are SO easy to use. I have a bunch and plan on using them more often. They are an awesome price point at only $2.99.

Here are some of the products I used on my card ~ I also used some dies from MFT.

I used the Viva la Verve August Sketch #2 for my card:

**the strip going down I cut at 2" wide
**the strip going across I cut at 1 3/4" wide

SUPPLIES:

card stock:  Neenah White. Black, Light Blue
pattern paper: Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid paper pad
stamps:  Hero Arts Color Layering Seahorse Bundle
ink:  Hero Arts Mariana's Pool ink pad set, Hero Arts Jayne's Fall Colors ink pad set (*ink pad sets are in the bundles), Lawn Fawn Black Licorice
accessories:  Scor-Buddy, Hero Arts Color Layering Seahorse dies, MFT Circle Stax, MFT Pierced Circle Stax, MFT Fishtail Flags Stax, Dots Embossing Folder, Nuvo Glitter Drops White BlizzardMulti Medium Matte and Foam Tape
