OWH Sketch Challenge #192 MY HERO HONORS.... card
I was in Hobby Lobby a few days ago and seen this stamp while walking down the aisle where the wood mounted stamps are.. I wasn't even looking for any stamps.. but it caught my eye and I just had to have it. I knew I wanted to use it on this year's Veteran's Day cards that I will soon be making. Today I wanted to make one for my husband.
This sketch below from the OWH Sketch Challenge #192 is what inspired the layout I used on my card. My card is a 5" square card.
Supplies:
card stock: Navy blue, cream, Cherry Cobbler, corrugated cream paper
pattern paper: Authentique Pride
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black ink
stamps: American Art Stamp AAS5009 (it says Verses on it, but I am not sure that that is the name of the stamp itself)
accessories: Quickutz stars die, Quickutz dotted embossing folder, Stampin' UP! brads, Scrapbook Adhesives Foam Squares
thanks for looking ~
have a great airborne day!
God Bless All Our Military.. each and every one of them

Beautiful work, as always. This is a wonderful sentiment. I can see why you couldn't pass it up in the store.
Do you do tutorials on this card? Or any it your military cards? I want to make some for the Hero Mail but can't find some good stamps like the Amuse Hero Mail set. Any tips on where I can fined it?
