"HAPPY HALLOWEEN" card using Cat Brads

I am not a fan of cats, I'm allergic to them, but when I seen these fun Cat Brads from EyeletOutlet.com, I thought of making a Halloween card to look like the cats are all over the place.. haha.  maybe even on the moon! haha.



SUPPLIES:
card stock: black, orange, blue and yellow
stamps: Hero Arts holidays stamp set
ink: Hero Arts black, SU craft white ink
accessories:  Scor-Pal, Cuttlebug embossing folder, sponge, hold punch/paper piercer and Cat Brads from the Eyelet Outlet
