OWH SKETCH #234 "THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE THE USA" Patriotic Card
This weekend and the next will be the last of the time for crafting before the movers show up. I printed off a couple of sketches this morning and got busy. I was going to do a MFT color challenge and went to grab some My Mind's Eye papers that I have that I knew had some of the colors in it.. but when I went to get it, I seen this Red, White & Blue paper and I got sidetracked... haha.
I used this week's Operation Write Home Sketch #234 for this card. I love lots of layers and shapes, so this was spot on for me.
Here's the sketch I used:
SUPPLIES:
card stock: SU Real Red, Neenah Patriot Blue, White
pattern paper: Bella Blvd. All American
accessories: Scor-Pal, Red Mini Brads, Hole Punch, Darice Stars Embossing Folder and Dimensionals
thanks for looking ~
have a great airborne day!
God Bless All Our Military.. each and every one of them
I didn't look at who made this before coming here..but I said to myself I like this it looks like something Pam would make. :) Of course I love it
ReplyDeleteGreat patriotic card!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great professional card! Love the r/w/b plus the robin egg blue, just so crisp and sharp. Love the white circle with embossing, lots of extra special touches. Best wishes with the move, ah… the Army life!
ReplyDeleteLove the star embossing and card colors.
ReplyDeleteLove all of the layers of color! :)
ReplyDeleteLove how crisp these colors look together, especially with the light blue in the paper. The embossed circle is great and the brads. Best wishes with your move!
ReplyDeletePam, Love the crisp, clean look of this card. I totally agree with Marlene -- that embossed circle is perfect!
