Moving.. what fun!! in 20+ years this has been the best move so far.. great packers and just as great loaders. We are so very happy with the crews we had. This was shortly after they started.. we ended up with 3/4 of the truck.
There was one unclaimed giveaway.. I emailed the winner a couple of times with no reply so I am going to draw another name. I didn't pack the package, I do have it with me packed in the Armada somewhere.. and when I get to my destination, I will draw another name.
thanks for looking ~
have a great airborne day!

I love the vellum cover! Very clever! I know that packing up and moving is a crazy busy time and I have had to unpack a few toys just for sanity sake. Thanks for offering up some of your stash, it is very generous of you. I hope to be able to meet up with you sometime "back east", hoping to hit the road within the week. Be safe!

I thought I had commented on this but I don't see me anywhere. It's floating out there in cyber-space somewhere. I wonder if that stuff ever lands... just sayin'. I love what you did with the vellum, making a cake cover for your cupcakes... good job!

Pam, you are such an inspiration to everyone with your card making skills. (I have mentioned this before in a PM.)I have CASEd a few of your cards, with your permission first of course. I would love to be a winner as this would truly be a motivating factor for me. Good luck with the move and welcome back to NC. I hope we get to meet after you get settled in your new home. Pam, Two wonderful cards. I like what you did with the new SU products. It is fun to see ideas and how to use the products. I really like the city scape DP and how you used the clouds. Very clever of you. Hope you have a smooth move -- I know it is not fun -- packing up your craft stuff. Thanks for doing the samples this week too.

Giveaway Winners... will announce tonight
I didn't realize how much I had to do today.. it's been a full one.
Picked up boxes, packing paper and tape at moving company to pack up my stamp stuff this weekend.
Took husband's uniform to have rank sewn on and then to the cleaners.
Dropped off a package at the post office.
Occupational Therapy appointment for my arm.
Had to sort through a shelf of stamping & paper stuff.. my husband was taking trash/recyclables to center and I needed to have that done.
Getting ready to head to my son's school for an 8th grade graduation ceremony.
If I don't pass out when I get home from exhaustion.. haha.. just kidding.. I will draw the winners when I get home and will post them here and contact each of them.
Happy day!!

OWH Sketch #124 ~and~ 10 GIVEAWAYS!!!!
Hi Everybody... hope you are having a wonderful weekend. This is our second to last weekend here in Texas, so we were running around all day yesterday.. today we are taking it easy. Going to church, having lunch and then watching some Nascar.
This week's sketch on the OWH Blog site and Stars & Stamps blog is a fun one. When I was asked if I would make a card sample.. I wasn't sure what I was goign to do with it, then I received a Stampin' UP! order that included an adorable new Birthday set and it was "stamp on!".
Here is the sketch layout I used:
The first card I made uses the birthday set I mentioned. It's called "A Cherry On Top" it's from Stampin' UP and is a new hostess set. The banner was cut out using a new banner die from Stampin' UP! as well:
I stamped the cake topper on card stock vellum and embossed it with clear embossing powder. The cake plate is embossed too. The green ribbon, which is a new ribbon from Stampin' UP! in a color that is sure to be one of my favorites, Gumball Green.
The second card I made uses a sentiment from one of the Hero Arts OWH sets. I bought some Basic Grey paper stacks from Tuesday Morning a few weeks ago.. while flipping through it I see the paper with all the buildings on it and thought to myself that I would use it on a card with this sentiment.. so when I seen the sketch, I realized it was time to put the two together. The clouds are a Memory Box die:
......... NOW FOR THE GIVEAWAY .........
As this posts.. I have 11 days and a wake-up call here in Texas.. I have so many of the $1.00 stamp sets, some others and lots of ribbon. I have toted this stuff around for the last three moves and I've decided to share these with others. There are 60 different stamp sets ~~~ most all are brand new, never inked.. some have been used maybe once ~~~ and lots of ribbon. I will sort all this into 10 groups so there will be 10 WINNERS!!! I will run this through Tuesday at noon MST.. then I will draw 10 names and contact those whose name was drawn. If you are a winner.. please reply back as soon as possible, so I can get your package mailed out to you pronto.
To get your name into the drawing.. please post a comment below with your email address.. you can spell it out like... lucky stampers at gmail dot com
If I find some more goodies to share.. I'll come back and revise this post to reflect the new number of giveaways.... Remember this will run through Tuesday June 5th at noon MST.
Good luck to everybody.
NOTE: I have the crazy wacky word verification turned off.. I do moderate comments ~ only to delete the ones where someone on the web seems to think I need to know where the "hottest" sites are.. haha.. all others are posted and usually right away.
