Some Random cards using Gina Marie Designs Dies

Hi All..    We are finally getting settled in, even though I'm still working on my stamp room.   After moving, I got hurt, sick, sick again and all while watching my granddaughter every day..  then I had an incident while using a cutting apparatus to slice a cucumber and about took off the end of my right pinkie.  It's been an eventful time for sure. 

We bought a home that we love, have awesome neighbors and to top things off, my parents purchased a home across the street and over three houses.  Life is good.

I did make some room on a corner of a table in my craft room and made a few cards using some really awesome Gina Marie Designs dies.   I had a lot of fun making them and it got me to get on a spree to get my room put together.    I desperately need to do a purge ~ I didn't realize how much I have.

This card uses the Howling Wolf Die Silhouette.  I cut and layered several together.

This one uses the Pine Forest Globe Cut In Die

This one uses the Tropical Palm Tree Die Set and the Ric Rac Rectangles

Happy Veteran's Day! Saluting Soldier card

Happy Veteran's Day to all Veterans.  My family is indebted to you for all the sacrifices you have made to protect our freedoms.  You will not be forgotten... ever.

I wanted to share a card that features an awesome die from Gina Marie Designs, called Saluting Soldier.

I die cut the Saluting Soldier out several times and glued them together.  I really like the way it looks with several stacked up. 

The layers behind the Saluting Soldier are the Ric Rac Rectangles ~ they are so neat!

The sentiments are from an amazing Gina Marie Designs stamp set called Fourth of July.  There are many sentiments and images in the set.

A bunch of random cards ... and a move ahead.

Hello All!

Time is getting short for us here in Washington State. We have been getting ready for an upcoming move and I have been busy with that.  I haven't had any time for crafting ~ but did make these in the last month for Gina Marie.   Gina has some amazing stamps and dies that are so very reasonably priced.

I will be getting some time in my craft room soon and will be doing a giveaway or an awesome die.

Triple Stamping "JUST A LITTLE NOTE" card swap

I recently was in some card swaps ~ I will be sharing them in separate posts. 

The theme of this swap was "Triple Stamping".  I used the Concord & 9th Hello Lovely stamp set that I colored with Copic Markers. The stitched layers were die cut using Lawn Fawn Rectangle Stackables.

Come to My Garden "THANK YOU" card swap

I recently was in some card swaps ~ I will be sharing them in separate posts.

This swap was themed "Come to my garden".  I used some Altenew flower stamp sets, plus the Lawn Fawn Stripey backdrop die that I cut out twice and reversed one to make the lattice look background.

"JUST WAVIN' HELLO" card using Gina Marie Whale Tail and Ocean Waves die set

Hi All!  I hope you are having a wonderful day.  I wanted to share a card I made using a fun Gina Marie die set called Whale Tale and Ocean Waves.

The first time I looked at it, I thought about it being a Mermaid's tale.. but when I asked my husband and daughter, they both thought it was a whale tail like it was called, so I went with that.

Happy Thursday..  I have a TupeloDesignsLLC DT card project to share today that uses some fun My Favorite Things stamps and dies.


Oh My!!  The chicks in the new My Favorite Things Birdie Brown Birthday Chicks are just to cute!  

I paired them with a fun new My Favorite Things Big Birthday Die to make this fun Happy Birthday card.

I didn't use a lot of supplies on this card, so they wouldn't be too hard to make in multiples. I stamped all the images in the stamp set and colored them all. In the picture below are the ones I didn't use on the card.

Wahoo!!  I finally got my hands on most all of the new Lawn Fawn release.  I had been patiently waiting for a store local to me to get them in and the day they did I went head over heels to get there and fill my cart. Lucky me they had coupons to boot!!! Yay!!

The first item I used was a stand alone die called Bayou Backdrop.  The minute I seen this die showcased during Creativation, I wanted to use it to make a "mermaid" card.  Tonight I could finally put my thought to paper.

I am so happy with how it came out and can't wait to mail it to a special someone.

When I seen this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge, I knew I wanted to use the Peek A Boo heart die ~ so cute ~ and I reached for the Monster Sized stamp set again ~ they too are sooo cute!   I stamped the monster image twice and colored the body on one and the bottom of the other. I cut the images to make him fit above and below the sentiment banner.  I can't wait to send this card to someone special.

Happy Thursday..  I have a TupeloDesignsLLC DT card project to share today that uses an adorable new My Favorite Things Pure Innocence stamp set called Blowing Kisses (SO cute!) along with lots of dies and fun pattern paper!

Skin and hair colored.. onto the dress.  I saved it for last since it was red!!

 Ahhhh.. she's so cute blowing kisses.  Our 17 month old granddaughter recently learned to blow kisses.. it's adorable! I knew as soon as I seen this sweet stamp set, that I just had to get it.

Oh my gosh.. these Monsters are sooooo cute!!  They were a lot of fun to color up for the card.

I used the stitched shapes from the Lawn Fawn Scallop Box Card Pop Up Die to make the shapes on the card.  I cut the shapes out of the striped paper, then out of black and inlaid them on the striped paper.
