When I started my card last night things changed as I went. I was going to make one card and cut enough for 6, then went from having just a circle layer, to making the circle a shaker element for the cards..  what fun!!

I used some new Lawn Fawn goodies for my cards.  The adorable Octopus and heart are from the Lawn Fawn Octopi My Heart stamp set. I cut it out using the coordinating dies.  For the strip across the card I used one of the dies from the new Lawn Fawn Valentine Borders sets ~ a row of hearts ~ too cute!!   I die cut the hearts from the white card stock piece and layered a strip of Bazzill Red Hots card stock behind it, then layered that onto a piece of Bazzill Licorice Twist card stock.

**NOTE!  TupeloDesignsLLC now carries the Neenah Classic Crest Solar White #80 card stock by the ream!!!  Yeah!!!  Neenah Classic Crest Solar White is awesome for stamping and coloring with Copic Markers.  So excited to see this in the store.

I colored up 6 Octopus and have them ready to put on cards. I stamped them with Memento Black ink and colored them in using Copic Markers. I used two markers on each.

To make the circle frames for the shaker parts I used a Lawn Fawn stitched circle die and an MFT circle stax die, layering them together to cut the frames. I used the stitched die itself to die cut the transparency pieces and then took scissors to cut off the stitching making them fit nicely behind the frames.

**TIP: when using Foam Tape to make your shaker ~ fold the foam tape over on itself to double it up, cut it into strips and take the adhesive paper off of it. It will be easy to bend and shape it to the circle shape that way.

These are most of the supplies I used, plus card stock and foam tape:

I used this week's MoJo Monday Sketch Challenge #478. I turned the sketch: MOJO478

Your cards are always so awesome, thanks for the tip on folding the foam tape. I think I will try that. I was just thinking last night I should make a shaker card, I have some neat heart shapes from a border punch that would be perfect.
