TDLLC ~ Day 16. Copic Markers "HOPE YOUR BIRTHDAY IS LOADS OF FUN" card using Lawn Fawn stamps/dies Outlawz Sketch Challenge

Day 16 of  #thedailymarker30day Coloring Challenge.

Happy Thursday!  I have a Design Team Card Project for you for TupeloDesignsLLC. <Tupelo Designs LLC

I have a funny to share... tonight there is a Welcome for me, so I have had Thursday on the brain because I will have to talk in front of everyone and I am a bit out of practice.  Last night I started out making a card and thought it was Wednesday night meaning I was making a post for Thursday.. so I got my post all done, shared it all over Facebook.............. and then...........  I woke up this morning and the very first thing I thought of was that it was NOT Thursday!!!   I had to go delete everything I shared on Facebook and edit my blog post.   ahhhhhh..  I won't do that again! haha!!

So for my card I put all my stamps into a stamping tool, inked them up with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and stamped them. They stamped so nicely that I only had to ink them once.. love Lawn Fawn stamps!!   by the way ~ I'm using a super fun set called "Loads of Fun" ~ which is it!!
*I ended up stamping the bubbles and another sock later for my card.

I am by no way an expert at Copic coloring..  or an expert at anything for that matter!  haha..  I just wanted to share how I colored up the washing machine.... which I got a tad sloppy while doing so. For some reason I had a hard time staying in the lines ~ I gave up and decided to purposely color outside the lines because I decided to cut it out instead of using the coordinating die for it.

I had already colored the top of the machine ..  I thought I took pictures of adding each color for it, but afterwards realized I hadn't.  ..  first I colored the machine with R35.

Then I brushed in some R37 around the outside.

then some R39

Then I blended backwards using the R37 and R35..  then R37 all over.   I then cut it out and ran a black Memento Black marker around the edges.  I did use R39 to color the ring around the door.

A couple weeks ago I asked my friends on Facebook to suggest some sites for card sketches. I wanted some new sites to venture to. My friend Margaret suggested the Outlawz Challenges site.  I signed up, and then joined the Wednesday Sketch Challenge group.  The sketch I used is this week's sketch.. what fun~!
