A Thanksgiving card.. and what I've been up to: CROCHETING!!

What a busy month it has been..  I decided to make an crocheted afghan for someone special.. and after making it, I made two hats for my oldest daughter and youngest son on my knitting looms.. then an Infinity Scarf for my youngest daughter along with some boot cuffs for her (getting ready to make a set for her friend).. then a friend wanted an afghan just like the first one I made.. so I made another and just finished it up late last night and have another hat on the knitting loom that's red with a black strip around the middle.

Tonight I made this Thanksgiving card. I used a Deer image I stamped when my son was in the hospital.  I need to make some more, so hopefully I can be successful with that in the morning time.     Thanks for stopping by.

Infinity Scarf in Michigan State University colors ~ GO GREEN! GO SPARTANS!!
and on a side note..  this past week my daughter was accepted to Michigan State!!!  YEAH!!!

Miss Heather modeling her hat.. she picked our colors, which were no surprise ~ Waynesville Tigers Orange & Black.

This hat is my youngest sons hat.. he picked Orange and Black as well. He asked me if I could make an orange one with a black W for Waynesville.. I haven't ever done that but I do think I can.

These are the Boot Cuffs I made for my daughter.. first time ever making anything like that.. she wears them all the time.. same with her scarf.. I think she likes them!!

Here is a Breast Cancer Awareness scarf I made that I donated to a charity silent auction.

I am hoping to get a lot more crocheting done.. I went to Michael's this past week and took advantage of the Daily Deal on yarn and the sweet $10 off $40 purchase coupon they emailed me that morning.. I came home from Springfield with 85 skeins of yarn.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone..  please remember those service members that cannot spend this Thanksgiving with their families.. say a prayer for them to be safe and to return home soon. Godspeed

thanks for looking ~

have a great airborne day!
God Bless All Our Military.. each and every one of them

Holy cow lady! You've been busy as a bee! I love the crocheted pieces. That zigzag stitch you're doing took me FOREVER to teach myself. Now it's been so long since I've done it, I'd have to teach myself again. LOL Excellent job Pam on all your pieces... oh, and the card. It's perfect, as always, too...

The breast cancer scarf is wonderful and cleaver to use the "ribbon" in the pattern. I recommend Attic24 for your blog reading. It is wonderful and she shares her patterns freely. I think you may like her ripple pattern.

Thanks for the eye candy!

I was wondering why there were no posts for awhile... I'm glad everything is ok and you've just immersed yourself in another type of craft project. I made an afghan when I was in high school. When I started, I was a sophomore. When I finished it, I was a senior.....lol... I still have it!
